Clean water systems for Coastal Bend homes and businesses.

Make your own water.

Living Water Corpus Christi (LWCC) designs, installs, and services water systems for homes, ranches, and businesses. We also run R&D on more efficient ways to make and treat water.

We're not tied to one technology. If another approach suits you better, including one we don't sell, we'll tell you.

Who we are

LWCC is a Corpus Christi company started by two co-founders who live here. One runs the business. The other runs the engineering.

What we do

Homes

Systems from drinking water up to whole-home supply. We size each one to the household and service it after it's running.

Businesses and ranches

Larger systems for restaurants, offices, ranches, and other commercial sites. We scope each project with you.

Research and development

Applied R&D on more efficient ways to generate and treat water, with field testing in Coastal Bend conditions.

Installs that connect to your plumbing are made by a licensed plumber. Wiring, where needed, is done by a licensed electrician.

Systems we work with

  • Atmospheric water generation
  • Storage and backup supply
  • Filtration, UV, and remineralization

One of the systems we work with

How an atmospheric water generator works

An atmospheric water generator (AWG) makes water from the humidity in the air, the same way condensation forms on a cold glass.

Atmospheric water generator, generic diagram Outside air enters the unit, passes a fan and a cold coil where water condenses, drips into a tray, runs through filter, UV and mineral stages, then flows to a storage tank and a tap. The unit runs on electricity. AWG UNIT Humidair in Drier air out Filter UV Minerals Tank Tap Power 1 2 3 4 5 6
  1. Air in

A fan draws in outside air.

  2. Condense

The air passes over a cold coil, and water vapor condenses on it.

  3. Collect

Water drips into a collection tray.

  4. Treat

It runs through filtration, UV light, and remineralization.

  5. Store

Treated water is held in a storage tank.

  6. Use

It goes to a tap or into your home's plumbing.

Generic diagram. Components and their order vary by unit.

Output depends on humidity and temperature. It's highest when the air is warm and humid and lower when the air is cool or dry. The unit runs on electricity.

How we work

  • Not tied to one technology

We start with your site and what you need, then choose the approach. If something we don't sell fits better, we'll say so.

  • Limits up front

Every water system trades off output, energy use, upkeep, and cost. We go over those trade-offs with you before you decide.

  • Service after the install

Systems need regular upkeep to keep working as designed: filters, UV lamps, and performance checks. We handle it.
